SPA SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fi ll your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice prior to your booking to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.
