Join Chef John whilst he prepares a mouthwatering Maltese dish; namely ‘Stuffed Marrows’.
- 2 round marrows
- 500 grms beef mince
- 200 grms ricotta
- 1 egg
- 200 grated cheese ( Parmesan , Cheddar , Gruyere )
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 500 ml beef stock
- 200 grms passata
