How to Prepare a Sumptuous Hazelnut Tart

INGREDIENTS:
Sweet pastry:
300g plain flour
200g butter
100g sugar
1 egg
1 lemon or orange zest
Filling:
250g golden syrup
140g roasted hazelnuts chopped
75g fresh apple, cut in cubes
60g roasted buckwheat
2 eggs
66g dark chocolate
Whipped ganache:
150g milk chocolate
110g cream
260g cold cream
1 gelatine sheet
