A mouthwatering Maltese Dish : Stuffed Marrows Recipe

In the past weeks quite a number of us had some spare time on our hands and decided to take the plunge and have a go in the kitchen. We’ve rediscovered the love of cooking and of eating homemade food! :)

Join Chef John whilst he prepares a mouthwatering Maltese dish; namely ‘Stuffed Marrows’.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 round marrows
  • 500 grms beef mince
  • 200 grms ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grated cheese ( Parmesan , Cheddar , Gruyere )
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 ml beef stock
  • 200 grms passata
