Terms and Conditions for the Excelsior Marina:
The Marina will offer the service of berthing to in – house guests only. The Winter Season Rates are applicable during the period between 1st October to 31st March & the Summer Season Rates are applicable during the period between 1st April to 30th September.

Prices:
Rates are inclusive of 18% VAT Berthing fees do not include water and electricity Electricity charged at 20 Euro per day / Water at 15 Euro per day Extra charge of 50% is applicable for catamarans Daily fees are valid from the time of arrival until 14.00hrs of the next day The Hotel reserves the right to alter prices and / or conditions without prior notice
Payment:
Mooring fees are payable in advance Paid fees cannot be refunded
Departure:
Check out time is 14.00hrs of the departure day. Staying over 14.00hrs is charged as follows: - 50% of the daily rate for staying until 19.00hrs - the daily price for staying after 19.00hrs
