The F&B Team at the Grand Hotel Excelsior have an excellent track record in the hospitality and restaurant trade. All the Food & Beverage Service team and Food Preparation team together with their respective supervisors and managers have previously worked in other renowned hotels locally and abroad. The F&B operation at the Excelsior Hotel Malta is amongst the largest on the Maltese island, employing over 200 staff members working in restaurants, banqueting, bars and food preparation. Staff are continuously trained to ensure that every guest experience whether in the restaurant, bar or any private function area is exceptional. The Bars and Restaurants team’s aim is to excel at all times, making every dining experience a memorable one.
