Preparations are underway for yet another Grand Easter buffet lunch at the Excelsior. The award winning team of chefs will be cooking up a storm in the form of Sushi, Far Eastern, Turkish, Mediterranean and Indian cuisines. The guest of honour, of course, remains the Traditional Lamb Carvery. A vast array of mouth watering desserts, a chocolate fountain, with all the trimmings, and a selection of cheeses make for the perfect ending. Keeping the little ones in mind, a children’s corner is also available.
